FAQs

Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on maintenance that you perform?

Yes! The Auto Bar offers a 12 month | 12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor that we provide. Rarely, even new original equipment manufactured (OEM) parts are defective- it happens. We will always warranty our labor and parts in these instances if there is no user error involved.

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?

We use both OEM and aftermarket parts. Depending on the service or repair we will recommend the best, most cost effective parts available. Many customers have a preference for OEM exclusive parts and we will always honor that preference. 

Do you have a drop box available if I need to leave my vehicle off after hours?

Yes! The Auto Bar utilizes a combined drop and pick up box. That means if you need to leave your vehicle after the shop closes, we have a safe, hidden drop box for your key. We understand that picking up your vehicle before 4:00pm can be challenging- that is why we also provide a locked pick up box for our customers. We are happy to send you an invoice, and upon payment provide a code that will unlock the box containing your keys. The box is available to you 24/7- it's that easy!

Are there any discounts?

Yes! If paying with cash or check, we are happy to take 3% of the total invoice. No one enjoys credit card fees and we try our best to find additional methods of payments that suit our customers needs. We also provide referral discounts! If your friends and family remember to mention you kindly recommended us, we will take a portion off your next service or repair.
